I am unable to test this and these items are not my specialty. Was received in a surplus. The items do show some significant use and are far from pristine condition. All the knobs work and twist and appear to function as intended but some are a little tougher to turn than others. Am selling as PARTS or REPAIR since I am unable to guarantee functionality. Also looks to have some significant dings from shipping and/or storage. I would only purchase this if you are familiar with these items and how to repair them.
